NEW DELHI: In what is sure to heighten the recently vicious battle between the CBI and the IB over the Ishratjahan "fake experience case", a previous home service officer has claimed that a part of the CBI-SIT group had blamed occupant governments for "arranging" the dread strike on Parliament and the 26/11 bloodletting in Mumbai. 

R V S Mani, who as home service under-secretary marked the oaths submitted in court in the charged experience case, has said that Satish Verma, as of not long ago a part of the CBI-SIT test group, let him know that both the dread strike were set up "with the target of fortifying the counter-fear enactment (sic)".
